ABSTRACT

Data and Analytics projects have their challenges, but these can be even more daunting in the non-profit world with tight budgets and people constraints. Paul will share the opportunities and challenges of building a modern data architecture in a diverse organizational climate, while displaying the architectural design decisions and the reasoning. All while powering Team Canada to on-ice success.
