Brian Van Der Voort – VP of Consulting at Improving

With over 30 years of experience as an IT and business consultant, Brian specializes in delivering practical, sustainable solutions that bridge technology and business needs. His expertise spans software development, data management, business intelligence, process integration, and project management. Brian has held roles such as program manager, Agile coach, solution architect, and technology advisor, always focused on adding real value. Currently, as part of the Improving Calgary management team, he leads technical sales and delivery for Software Development and Data services. Brian believes technology empowers organizations most effectively when applied with a deep understanding of their business needs and culture.
